Interior fit out for new office including HVAC - Guide to Facilities Management Professionals

  • The Building was unused for quite a some time so we had to undertake major civil works before we could start the interior works
  • Water proofing of the terrace had to be done to ensure safeguard against water seepage
  • Structural strengthening had to be done under the guidance of the structural consultant for the vulnerable part of the roof slab
  • Laying of drainage system for passage of rain water from roof to avoid water logging in monsoon

In order to minimize the project costs and re-utilize our existing infrastructure we undertook the following
Used the modular furniture which was dismantled at our Chennai – Ambattur site after making some minor changes e.g. painting of top-rail & changing the upholstery etc.
Used the old UPS machine which was lying idle after vacation of the Srinivaspuri SME office thus saving the CAPEX for the company
